AHLA - Nomination Criteria

GM Award Criteria

All AHLA member companies, properties, and employees are eligible to submit an entry.

Specific award categories are given based on property categorization.

Nominees can be either self or peer-nominated.
Answers for submission questions are limited to 350 words per question.
Support documentation may not exceed 5 pages.
Photos and videos are strongly encouraged for submission. Videos may not exceed three minutes. If you are submitting video, please include the following:
- Footage of your Nominee working at their job
- Footage of your Nominee answering these questions:
  - What is your name, at what hotel do you work, and what is your job at the hotel?
  - What is your favorite thing about your job?
  - How did you get your start in hospitality?
  - What makes the hotel industry so special?
Incomplete entries will not be considered.
